Using the 4th amendment to have felony drug charges dismissed
Travis was accused of felony drug charges that could forever change his life, when it came to looking for a job or finding housing, for example. He could also land in jail, and be subject to fines in the thousands. However, his felony drug charges were dismissed by Prince William County Circuit Court after a motion to suppress was litigated by Criminal Defense Attorney Michael Hollingsworth, to show unconstitutional police conduct under the 4th amendment. Travis was saved from life-altering circumstances and from having to deplete his savings account to pay for the potentially hefty fines.
