A presentation by Charles J. Zauzig, III was part of the Electronic Fetal Monitoring education seminar hosted by American Association of Justice (AAJ) in Philadelphia last weekend.
Mr. Zauzig is a course advisor and faculty member for the seminar, designed for plaintiff lawyers with birth injury cases involving management decisions based on fetal monitoring strips.
As a course advisor, Mr. Zauzig collaborated with Attorney Dov Apfel in designing the content and speakers for the two-day seminar.
The American Association of Justice is the leading national association of plaintiff personal injury trial lawyers committed to the protection of injured individuals and their families and the right to jury trial under the Seventh Amendment.
Mr. Zauzig, a specialist and frequent national lecturer in medical malpractice, is President of Nichols Zauzig Sandler P.C. and leader of “the crew” in the Zauzig Trial Group.
He serves on the Board of Governors of AAJ, is a fellow with the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and last spring was awarded the the Distinguished Service Award by the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, where he is an active Past President. For his lifelong commitment to the profession of trial law, Mr. Zauzig received the Southern Trial Lawyers Association W. McKinley Smiley, Jr. Award.
